All presentations at Odyssey 2012 are oral. The time allocated for one presentation is 25 minutes. Your talk should fit in 20 minutes to allow for a discussion. The presentation slides can be prepared in the following two ways:

• Preparing a PDF or PowerPoint presentation on a USB flash drive.
• Bringing your own laptop computer. In this case, make sure that your output is standard VGA/SVGA, we would like to remind especially Mac users to bring the necessary adaptors.

You should approach the session chair just before your session. It is recommended that you copy your files to the laptop in the presentation room to reduce the transition time between speakers. If time permits, please also test any presentation equipment you might need during your presentation.

In case you need visa for travelling to Singapore, we will be happy to send you an invitation letter - please contact us at info[at]odyssey2012.org. The conference site (Matrix building @ Biopolis) is conveniently located within walking distance from the Buona Vista (EW21) station.
